The Leapmotor C10 REEV (Range-Extended Electric Vehicle) was developed for anyone who wants the comfort and calm of electric driving, but without any form of range anxiety. The C10 REEV always drives electrically. The combustion engine is not there to drive the wheels, but serves exclusively as a range extender: a generator that produces electricity when the battery needs it. So you keep the driving feel of an EV, with the freedom of a total range that far exceeds conventional electric SUVs.

More than 950 km of freedom

Thanks to the combination of battery and range extender, the Leapmotor C10 REEV achieves a total range of more than 950 km (WLTP). Ideal for anyone who drives electric every day but also wants to cover long distances without charging plans or compromises.

With CO₂ emissions from 10 g/km (WLTP), the C10 REEV offers an exceptionally efficient solution for drivers who want to combine sustainability with practical usability.

How exactly does REEV work?

The C10 REEV works as a fully fledged electric car:

the electric motor always drives the wheels
the petrol engine only produces electricity
no gear changes, no mechanical link to the wheels

When the battery reaches a certain level, the 1.5-litre petrol generator starts automatically and tops up the battery. Completely transparent to the driver, with no impact on ride comfort or noise level.

The result is a smooth, quiet and linear driving experience, with the certainty that you can always keep going.

Electric performance with confidence

The Leapmotor C10 REEV has a 215 hp electric motor with 320 Nm of torque. That translates into:

Charging the way you want

Flexibility is central to the C10 REEV. It can be charged in three ways:

AC charging from the grid
DC fast charging up to 65 kW
onboard generator (range extender)

Via DC fast charging the C10 REEV recovers around 50% of its electric range in just 18 minutes, ideal on the road or during short stops. That way you combine electric driving with maximum freedom.

Four energy modes, one logic

The driver chooses how the C10 REEV uses its energy. With four energy modes you can:

drive as electrically as possible in town
save the battery for later
activate the generator for long distances
optimise automatically for efficiency
