Classic Defender V8 now also available in exclusive OCTA colours

Land Rover Classic gives its most iconic model a new dimension.
The Classic Defender V8, the ultimate mix of purity, character and brute V8 power, is now available with the same exclusive colours and materials as the Defender OCTA, the extreme performance flagship within the 4x4 family.

This is not a new derivative, but a full upgrade of the personalisation programme. More colours, more materials, more modern technology, without giving up a single centimetre of the authentic Defender experience.

A classic icon, now in the colours of the most extreme Defender model ever

For the first time, customers can have their Classic Defender V8 finished in:

• Petra Copper

• Faroe Green

• Sargasso Blue

• Narvik Black

• Patagonia White

All colours that, until now, were exclusive to the Defender OCTA. Existing shades such as Borasco Grey and Carpathian Grey remain available.

Every car gets a 300-hour paint process: preparation, colour matching and hand polishing. An obsessively precise finish, available in gloss or a unique satin finish reminiscent of the OCTA's optional Satin Protection Film.

Interior: Ultrafabrics™, luxury leather and full bespoke possible

The interior of the Classic Defender V8 evolves alongside it:

• Ultrafabrics™ in Khaki Green, Light Cloud or Lunar, light, durable and premium

• Semi-Aniline leather in Burnt Sienna

• Ebony leather for those who want an OCTA Black look

• Hand-trimmed Recaro sports seats

• Steering wheel, gear lever, dashboard, doors and headliner trim in exact OCTA colours

Everything is configured in-house via Works Bespoke, bringing every car up to the level of a modern coachbuild.

Engineering: classic soul, modern muscle

Under the bonnet sits a fully overhauled, Land Rover Classic-fitted:

• 5.0 V8 petrol engine

• 298 kW / 405 hp

• ZF 8-speed automatic with sport mode

The suspension, damping and anti-roll bars have been upgraded, as have the steering and brakes:

• 335 mm discs at the front

• 300 mm discs at the rear

• Four-piston brake calipers

On top of that, the Classic Defender V8 gets an OCTA-style grille and bonnet details in Chopped Carbon Fibre. This is not a retro project: it is a fully modern interpretation of an icon.
