At the red carpet world premiere of Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5, Porsche revealed three one-of-one 911 models inspired by Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Jessie. And no, these are not simple wrap jobs. Each car was extensively customised by Porsche’s Sonderwunsch department, the brand’s special request division for deeply personalised cars. All three will be sold as part of a broader charitable initiative supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the American Red Cross and Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Some electric hypercars sound too extreme to ever become real. The Elektron Quasar almost looked like one of them. More than five years after Elektron Motors first teased an electric supercar with around 2,300 hp, the German company has finally revealed the Quasar. And somehow, the finished claim is even more absurd than the original promise. The headline number is 2,413 hp.

Herbert Schnitzer, who with his brother Josef built Schnitzer Motorsport into the most successful BMW racing team in history, has died on his 85th birthday at his home in Freilassing. Schnitzer's victories include the 1999 Le Mans 24 Hours with the BMW V12 LMR, multiple touring car world titles, the 2012 DTM championship and repeated wins at the Nurburgring and Spa 24 Hours.

The Dodge Charger is coming back to Europe. And this time, it arrives with two very different personalities. On the other side, there are the petrol-powered SIXPACK models, using a 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine for buyers who still want combustion in their muscle car.

A Koenigsegg One:1 is never just another auction car. But this one comes with more than rarity. The clear-carbon and China Pink Koenigsegg One:1 “JC”, chassis 7108, is heading to RM Sotheby’s Tegernsee Auction with an estimate of €8 million to €10 million. It is one of just six customer examples of the One:1 ever built, or seven cars if you include the original prototype.
