Alpine A110 R 70: the final chapter of the R lineage
The A110 R 70 is not just another special edition. It is the final R version ever, a true collector’s car that pushes the limits of lightweight performance even further, while celebrating Alpine’s 70-year heritage through an iconic specification. Each car carries a unique serial number (1–770) and distinctive 70th Anniversary details.
Extremely light, extremely pure
The R 70 is the lightest and most track-focused production model in the A110 family, thanks to an extensive use of carbon fibre:
Full carbon bonnet
Carbon roof
Carbon rear window panel
Carbon rear wing with motorsport-inspired design
18-inch carbon wheels with body-colour accents
Where the standard A110 is already known for its low weight, the R 70 feels like a distilled version of Alpine DNA: less mass, more feel, sharper responses and more intense feedback.
Performance you feel in every movement
Beneath its lightweight body sits the familiar 1.8-litre turbocharged engine, delivering 300 hp (221 kW) and 340 Nm, paired with a precisely tuned chassis. The R 70 is built for drivers who seek precision and sensation, without compromise.
Standard Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 semi-slick tyres, the R-spec chassis and an Akrapovič titanium exhaust all contribute to its race-inspired character. Braking performance comes from Brembo, available in seven different colours.
The 70-year French Tricolour tribute
As a final tribute to Alpine’s origins, the brand introduces an exclusive tricolour sub-series:
70 units in Bleu Caddy
70 units in Blanc Glacier
70 units in Rouge Sismique
These three colours reference the iconic 1955 photograph in which Jean Rédélé presented three A106 models in the French tricolour, marking the birth of the brand.
The R 70 proudly carries this heritage:
A 70th Anniversary carbon monogram on the roof
French tricolour badges on the B-pillar
Interior trims in blue, white or red, perfectly matched to the exterior
Carbon wheels with corresponding colour accents
A deeply respectful (almost ceremonial) farewell to the R lineage.
