The electric Cayenne that brings performance, range and Porsche DNA together
With the Cayenne S Electric, Porsche further expands its fully electric SUV range. The model sits precisely between the base Cayenne Electric and the more powerful Cayenne Electric Turbo, and thus offers a balanced combination of performance, driving pleasure and everyday usability.
The Cayenne S Electric is not a purely luxurious EV SUV, but above all a Porsche interpretation of electric performance: a car that combines comfort and efficiency with technologies that come straight from motorsport and high-performance engineering.
Positioning: the new heart of the electric Cayenne range
Within the electric Cayenne range, the S version is the core model. It offers considerably more power than the entry version, yet remains more accessible than the extreme Turbo variant.
With a system output of 544 hp and up to 666 hp with Launch Control, the Cayenne S delivers performance that until recently was exclusive to high-performance sports cars. At the same time it remains a fully fledged SUV for daily use, with a WLTP range of up to 653 kilometres.
Electric drivetrain: pure Porsche performance
The Cayenne S Electric uses two permanent-magnet synchronous electric motors, one on each axle. The result is a powerful electric all-wheel drive that continuously determines the optimal torque distribution.

Power is sent to all four wheels via a single-speed transmission, so acceleration is linear, immediate and completely free of vibration.
Advanced cooling for consistent performance
One of the most striking technical innovations is the direct oil cooling of the electric motor on the rear axle. Unlike conventional EV motors, heat is extracted here directly from the current-carrying components.

higher efficiency when driving hard
In addition, the rear pulse inverter uses silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductors, which can handle currents of up to 620 amps and thus enable higher efficiency and faster response.
Battery and charging: an ultra-fast EV platform
Under the floor sits a 113 kWh high-voltage battery (gross capacity), developed for both performance and long distances. Key charging and range figures:

DC fast charging up to 400 kW
10 to 80% charge in under 16 minutes
This charging speed is among the highest in the SUV segment and makes the Cayenne S Electric a true long-distance EV, even for intensive use.
Chassis and driving experience: technology from the sports car world
As you would expect from Porsche, the chassis plays a central role. The Cayenne S Electric can be equipped with technologies that until recently were exclusive to the top models.
Porsche Active Ride
The optional Porsche Active Ride system uses hydraulically controlled dampers to neutralise body movements almost completely. The result:
minimal roll in corners
maximum stability under acceleration and braking
exceptional comfort on poor roads
Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus
With PTV Plus torque is actively distributed between the rear wheels, which results in:
sharper turn-in
better traction when accelerating out of corners

The Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) are also available as an option. These high-performance brakes combine:

Sport Chrono, Push-to-Pass and Track Mode
The Cayenne S Electric can be equipped with the Sport Chrono package, including a series of functions that transform the SUV into a true performance machine.
Push-to-Pass
At the push of a button, Push-to-Pass activates an extra 122 hp for 10 seconds.
Track Mode
For circuit use the Cayenne S Electric has Track Mode, in which the vehicle:
