1. Scope

These terms apply to every visit to and use of the website www.autonext.co (hereinafter: "the Website"). By visiting or using the Website, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Purpose of the platform

AutoNext is a European information and comparison platform for official approved-label cars. AutoNext only shows public vehicle information originating from brand or dealer websites, with a clear reference ("click-out") to the original source. AutoNext does not sell vehicles and is not a party to the final sale between user and dealer.

3. Information and liability

• AutoNext strives for correct, current and complete information, but cannot guarantee that the data, prices or availability shown are free of errors.

• All vehicle information is obtained from public sources.

• AutoNext cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Website or the published information.

• Prices, specifications or availability may differ; only the official dealer website is binding.

4. Use of the platform

The user undertakes not to use the Website for:

• Unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to AutoNext's servers or data;

• Systematic extraction or copying of data (scraping or spidering).

AutoNext reserves the right to block users or IP addresses that use the platform unlawfully.

5. Accounts and notifications

When a user creates an account or sets up an alert:

• The user must provide correct and current details.

• AutoNext may contact the user about relevant updates, alerts or offers.

• The user can unsubscribe or have their data deleted at any time in accordance with the GDPR (see privacy policy).

6. Intellectual property

• AutoNext's content, layout, brand name, logos and software are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

• Data originating from third parties (brands, dealers, partners) remains the property of the original rights holders.

• Reuse or reproduction of any part of the Website without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. External links

The Website contains links to external brand and dealer websites. AutoNext has no control over their content or availability and accepts no responsibility for them.

8. Commercial collaboration

AutoNext may enter into collaborations with brands or dealers (sponsoring, paid listings or "boosted listings"). Such listings are always clearly marked as "advertisement" or "sponsored content".

9. Changes

AutoNext reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The amended version is published on the Website with a new effective date.

10. Applicable law and competent court

These terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Antwerp, Turnhout division.
