AutoNext processes personal data exclusively for:

Creating and managing user accounts;
Sending alerts, newsletters and communications;
Improving the user experience and analysing traffic (analytics);
Security and technical monitoring of the Website;
Possible commercial collaborations with dealers or brands.

3. Legal basis

Processing takes place on the basis of:

The user's consent (on registration or for cookies);
Necessity for the performance of a contract (e.g. account management);
AutoNext's legitimate interest (analytics, platform optimisation).

AutoNext takes technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access or loss (SSL, restricted access, encryption).

Data is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where external tools outside the EEA (such as Google) are used, this is done with appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
